Spanish 21 - Rules and General Info

Here we go with one more profitable variation of blackjack which is called Spanish 21. It is becoming popular more and more and even there is no principal difference in it from the original blackjack, a few peculiarities make it unique and quite worth got being known to.

Opinions

Spanish 21 Blackjack is appreciated by all people differently.

One people say it's quite unprofitable game to be played to, first of all because of the enormous house advantage given to casino because of using in this game a 48-card deck (a Spanish deck) with all the 10s removed. The casino's house edge is increased in this case by nearly 25% and practically makes it very difficult to win over a dealer. That's why they say it's quite foolish to spend time on this game because there are a lot of others which give a way bigger chance to win than Spanish 21.

Others say that everything is not so bad and that thosepessimistic opinions are proclaimed by those who never even tried to play it in casinos online. The matter is that though the game really gives a giant house advantage to the casino, there are a lot of cunning twists in it that quite equate the dealer's and the player's chances. First of all it goes in that way in casinos where dealer stands on soft 17s, which is more profitable for the player. Second - which is much more important - is that the player's 21 always win over the dealer's 21.

So let's look over the rules more thoroughly to make up our own mind.
